Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Real Estate Transaction Attorney with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Mumbai. They are looking for a skilled candidate who will oversee the full lifecycle of real estate deals, particularly focusing on redevelopment and society-related projects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
• Provide expert legal guidance for redevelopment and society-related initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and title searches.

Eligibility

• 2 to 4 years of solid experience in real estate transaction law.
• Proven track record or strong knowledge in handlingreal estate transactions, especially in redevelopment projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
