Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is looking for a candidate for the position of receptionist to join them at their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The receptionist will perform daily tasks including managing and directing phone calls with professionalism, welcoming visitors, and providing excellent customer service.
• Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties, organizing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations to support the firm’s activities and objectives.

Eligibility

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including handling calls, managing visitor inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong Clerical Skills, such as organizing and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and maintain a positive professional relationship.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with office equipment.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
