Varthana is hiring a Recovery/Legal Officer with experience of 1-2 years in filling cases on section 138 and understanding the arbitration process/NBFC/Banking collection. This opportunity is for multiple locations such as Jaipur, Bhopal, Nagpur, Gurugram, and Vijawada.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and reply to the notices and agreements.
- Guiding and advising the collection team about the code of conduct that needs to be followed during the collection process.
- Initiating the proceedings of arbitration against delinquent customers.
Eligibility
Must have experience of 1-2 years in filling cases on section 138 and understanding the arbitration process/NBFC/Banking collection.
