Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys is hiring for the position Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, university career centers/ Campus
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the offer process
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices of recruitment.
Eligibility
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on intern or entry-level hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Experience: 1 - 5 Years of experience in lateral/intern hiring, preferably experience in law firm.
