Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for attorneys, paralegals, interns (short- and long-term), and legal support staff.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Leverage job boards, professional networks, and social media to enhance visibility and reach.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and postings.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ fit based on skills, experience, and culture.
Interview Coordination
- Manage scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Gather feedback and act as a point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with partners, hiring managers, and department heads.
- Advise stakeholders on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
Offer Management
- Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records.
- Track and share recruitment metrics and updates with senior management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
- Familiarity with legal industry structures, roles, and practice areas.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary/Stipend
