Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Recruiter with 3-7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for legal roles including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier legal talent.
- Leverage job portals, recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks for outreach.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and job postings.
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess fit in terms of skills, experience, and firm culture.
Interview Coordination
- Organize and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collect feedback, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management
- Partner with hiring managers, partners, and department leads to understand staffing needs.
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a seamless pre-joining experience.
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation in line with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and analytics with leadership teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a law firm or legal environment.
- Familiarity with law firm structures, practice areas, and legal talent requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Salary/Stipend
