Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Recruiter with 4-10 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for attorneys, paralegals, legal associates, and support staff
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Leverage job boards, professional networks, and legal recruitment platforms to drive applications
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates via direct outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted postings
- Review applications, conduct screening interviews, and evaluate candidates’ fit based on qualifications and culture
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Collect and deliver timely feedback to all stakeholders throughout the process
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams, including partners, department heads, and hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Draft and extend offers, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Liaise with candidates through the offer-to-joining journey to ensure engagement and readiness
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Track and share key recruitment metrics and hiring updates with leadership
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–10 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for candidates from legal or professional services firms.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, practice areas, and roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (including ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary/Stipend
