Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring a Recruiter – Legal Hiring with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with partners, hiring managers, and department heads.
• Advise on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
• Extend job offers and manage negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong understanding of legal industry structures and roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Preference for candidates with shorter notice periods.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
