• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers and candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening: Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent. Conduct detailed resume reviews and initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential hires, maintaining timely communication and providing constructive feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
