Details of the Job/Internship

HP is hiring a Regional Legal Counsel 4 to provide legal support across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide legal solutions for high-value commercial transactions and programs.
Review and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, services, and managed solutions.
Offer expertise in commercial law, antitrust, employment, real estate, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance.
Advise senior legal leadership on legal strategies and crisis management.
Resolve complex local legal issues with cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver legal training and guidance to mitigate risks.
Support corporate governance standards and policies.
Mentor and develop junior legal team members.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
8 to 12 years post-qualification experience in commercial contracts drafting, negotiation, and review.
