Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Properties is hiring a Regional Legal Head (General Manager - Legal) with 15 Years of experience to oversee legal operations across metro cities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on legal and regulatory issues in real estate.
• Manage high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution.
• Oversee contract negotiation and documentation for large projects.
• Ensure RERA compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor an in-house legal team.
• Engage with external counsel, regulators, and business units.
• Uphold corporate governance and support strategic transactions.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed university (LLM or MBA in Legal Management preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of legal experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior real estate industry experience is essential.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
