Details of the Job/Internship

Howden is hiring a Regional Legal Intern to join their office in Singapore from May to August 2026. This full-time internship provides exposure to legal work within the insurance brokerage industry, offering hands-on experience in legal documentation, research, and contract management support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and amending legal documents and agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, SLAs, distribution and referral agreements, and terms and conditions for RFPs and RFQs.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or briefs to support ongoing matters.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including gap analysis, contract management tasks, and formatting or editing legal documents.

Eligibility

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and data entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset.
