Details of the Job/Internship

Augmont | Gold For All is hiring a Regional Legal Manager with 3+ years of experience in the gold loan/NBFC industry to join their office in Visakhapatnam.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage legal issues related to gold loan operations, contracts, and compliance.
Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, and legal documents.
Handle litigation including arbitration, recovery suits, and criminal complaints.
Coordinate with external lawyers, law enforcement, and regulators.
Support collections and recovery teams in legal processes.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Conduct legal training for regional and branch staff.
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM with minimum 3 years of legal experience.
Mandatory experience in the gold loan/NBFC industry.
Strong expertise in recovery, arbitration, litigation, and compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹7 LPA.
