Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Ltd is hiring a Regional Legal Manager with relevant legal expertise to join their Ahmedabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee legal operations and manage regional legal matters.
• Handle legal recovery processes and team supervision.
• Prepare and review legal documents and ensure legal compliance.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel to safeguard the company’s interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Strong legal knowledge and experience in legal documentation, compliance, and consultancy.
• Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
