Details of the Job/Internship
MAS Financial Services is hiring a Regional Legal Manager (Non-Litigation) – LAP to join their team in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to LAP and financial services.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Providing legal consultation and advisory support on regional legal matters.
- Managing legal affairs within the assigned region.
- Supporting the company’s legal strategies and risk management initiatives.
- Handling litigation cases and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve legal issues effectively.
Eligibility
- Professional degree in law (LLB or LLM).
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial services sector.
- Experience in the finance or NBFC sector is preferred.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
