Details of the Job/Internship

Motilal Oswal Home Loans is hiring a Regional Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience in housing finance or affordable housing, to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title verification and mortgage documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with empaneled advocates.
• Prepare self-legal reports with accuracy.
• Handle legal due diligence, loan documentation, and compliance processes.
• Provide legal support to business teams for quick and effective decision-making.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Business Legal domain (Housing Finance/Affordable Housing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of property laws and documentation.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination with advocates.
• Early joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend
