Details of the Job/Internship

Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is hiring a Regional Legal Manager with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Panchkula.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Provide expert legal advice and opinions on non-litigation matters to management and internal departments.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with housing finance laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, vendors, and other parties.
• Ensure all contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance of housing finance products and services with legal and regulatory standards.
• Review marketing and customer-facing documents to confirm compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

7–10 years of experience in Non-Litigation in the Housing Finance sector (HFC).

Salary/Stipend
