Details of the Job/Internship
ELT Corporate Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Regulatory & Corporate Legal Counsel with 3–7 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply laws such as MDR 2017, Cosmetics Rules 2020, LMPC, BIS, EPR, and AEO.
- Draft and review service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts, and declarations.
- Ensure compliance across projects, audits, and client documentation.
- Liaise with authorities, legal counsels, and certification bodies.
- Maintain legal repositories and streamline documentation templates.
- Develop internal compliance manuals and review HR and vendor agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes, presentations, and training content.
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments across healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate, compliance, or regulatory law.
- Strong drafting, interpretation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with government portals such as CDSCO, BIS, DPIIT, MoEFCC, and CBIC preferred.
