Details of the Job/Internship
Virohan Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Regulatory Affairs Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Track, interpret, and analyse regulations issued by state and national allied health councils, MoHFW, NSDC, and related stakeholders.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable compliance steps for internal teams.
- Develop operational checklists, process flows, and advisory notes based on regulatory mandates.
- Maintain a structured repository of regulatory documents and interpretations.
- Build and manage relationships with health councils, ministries, universities, and skill councils.
- Support regulatory filings, approvals, follow-ups, and documentation at state and national levels.
- Assist in resolving regulatory bottlenecks related to certifications, seat approvals, and program filings.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and leadership teams for timely regulatory submissions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, law, government engagement, healthcare administration, compliance, or higher education regulation.
- Preferred qualification in Law (LLB or LLM).
- Experience working with councils, ministries, universities, accreditation bodies, or regulatory agencies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
