Shiv Nadar School is hiring a Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs & Legal Compliances with experience of 7–10 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with laws, rules, and statutory filings across business units.
- Develop and maintain a compliance calendar and monitoring mechanism.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, and legal documents.
- Maintain documentation of agreements, licenses, and approvals for audits.
- Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities for licenses, registrations, and certifications.
- Facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance verifications by regulatory agencies.
- Track and analyze changes in laws, regulations, and policies affecting operations.
- Advise management on potential legal and compliance risks.
- Update internal policies and procedures in line with statutory amendments.
- Support internal audits, governance assessments, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on compliance status.
- Collaborate with Legal and Corporate Affairs teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field; LL.M. or Master’s preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles, preferably in corporate or institutional settings.
