Details of the Job/Internship

Healthark insights is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regulatory and Compliance Lead to oversee and manage the regulatory strategies and compliance functions within the organization. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor changes in global, national, and regional regulatory environments and advise management on potential impacts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of regulatory documentation.
• Establish, review, and maintain compliance frameworks, processes, and policies to meet regulatory obligations.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of compliance breaches, including root cause analysis and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks to ensure proactive mitigation measures.
• Implement risk management strategies to address emerging regulatory challenges.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external legal advisors, auditors, and industry groups.
• Represent the organization during regulatory inspections and audits.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization.
• Draft, review, and update regulatory policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
• Ensure clear communication and dissemination of compliance policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of regulatory and compliance professionals.
• Set team goals and monitor performance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance best practices.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong risk management skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in compliance management tools and systems.
• Familiarity with global compliance standards and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
• Professional certifications in regulatory compliance or risk management (e.g., CRCM, CCEP).
