SensibleT.in is looking for a candidate for the position of Regulatory Compliance Analyst to work with them in remote mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze SEBI regulations for registering as an Investment Advisor (RIA).
• Research legal frameworks for payment and settlement of financial instruments.
• Study compliance requirements for intermediaries (e.g., mutual fund distributors, custodians).
• Prepare reports and recommendations to align business processes with regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

• Business law student/recent graduate with strong research and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate and financial regulations; familiarity with SEBI guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Salary/Stipend
