Analytics Saves at Work is hiring a Legal & Compliance Professional (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager based on experience) to support legal, regulatory, and compliance functions at its Gandhinagar, GIFT City office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on relevant matters.
- Monitor regulatory updates, assess their impact, and recommend compliance measures.
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory and regulatory filings.
- Maintain legal and compliance records, databases, and contract repositories.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external counsel, and government agencies.
- Guide internal departments on compliance and legal issues.
- Support dispute management, litigation, and external counsel coordination.
- Develop compliance checklists and policies to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
Eligibility
- LLB or CS qualification (Postgraduate degree in Securities, Law, or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, legal drafting, and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory filings, and licensing requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High ethical standards and results-oriented mindset.
