Details of the Job/Internship
Magma General Insurance Limited is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager with 10–12 years’ experience to work at the Mumbai Location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to IRDAI exposure drafts and committee reports.
- Prepare applications for IRDAI appointments and approvals.
- Manage advertisements and product approvals.
- Maintain and update product lists and compliance checklists.
- Support AML compliance and regulatory monitoring.
- Review board-related data and product filing documents.
- Disseminate IRDAI regulations and circulars.
- Coordinate with vendors, investors, shareholders, law firms, and ensure compliance with share capital and debt regulations.
Eligibility
- Graduate LLB (CS preferred), insurance qualifications a plus.
- 10–12 years’ experience, including 3 years in insurance and 4 years in general insurance.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations, insurance, civil, and criminal law.
- Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and stakeholder collaboration.
