Details of the Job/Internship

Aditya Birla Renewables Limited is hiring for a Regulatory Litigation and Contracts – Renewables position to join its Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on contractual risks, regulatory issues, and potential litigations.
• Develop, review, and standardize templates for PPA, EPC, O&M, BOP, WTG, and Module Supply agreements.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute key contracts including PPA, EPC, O&M, BOS, BOP, NDAs, BGs, and ELs.
• Manage ongoing litigations and assist in strategy formulation, settlement discussions, and counsel coordination.
• Support project transactions such as Project Star and other prospective deals.
• Implement measures to minimize litigation costs and contractual risks.
