Details of the Job/Internship
Accenture is hiring for the position of Regulatory Offerings Counsel to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential regulatory compliance risks at deal, solution development, and V&A levels, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with evolving regulatory guidelines and standards pertinent to the Industry, including aerospace, defense, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing regulations, and those applicable to highly-regulated industries (such as Aviation and Defense, and others).
- Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of regulatory guidance documents, presentations, playbooks, and other compliance material, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries relating to regulatory requirements and reporting, accurately and within specified deadlines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement compliance-related quality systems and processes.
- Support the development of regulatory strategies for new solutions.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, such as applications, submissions, and registrations, to regulatory authorities as required.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance practices and streamline operations.
Eligibility
- Appropriate legal degree in geography where the position is based.
- 8+ years of legal experience, with experience in the manufacturing or aviation industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Management of outside counsels on complex multi-national transactions.
