Details of the Job/Internship

The Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma is hiring a Legal Intern with experience in their 3rd year or above to join their practice for the month of May 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on matters related to civil and commercial law.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, applications, and research memos.
• Attend and monitor proceedings at RERA tribunals, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court.
• Prepare for and participate in outstation client meetings as required.
• Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach toward case preparation and trial work.

Eligibility

• Law students preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year program, or the final year of a 3-year program.
• Demonstrated strong interest in civil procedure and commercial law.
• Proven legal research and drafting skills.
• Must be able to visit courts in Delhi for urgent matters and travel for client meetings.
• High level of dedication and a proactive work ethic.
