Details of the Job/Internship

Selvam and Selvam is hiring IP Lawyer with the experience of 4+ years to join their office in Online Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IP prosecution portfolios for clients.
• Provide expert advice and counsel on matters related to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 + years of experience in IP law with boutique IP law firms only.
• Proven track record of managing IP prosecution portfolios.
• Strong understanding of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
• Comfortable with remote work and able to work at your own pace with limited or no supervision.
