Details of the Job/Internship

QIMA is seeking a Report Specialist to ensure timely and high-quality report delivery. The ideal candidate will uphold their commitment to fast turnaround without compromising on report quality. Reporting directly to the Report Leader, this role is pivotal in maintaining their service standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports that come in from the field to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format
• Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements
• Inform inspectors promptly in case of problems, and follow-up to make sure any discrepancies are corrected

Eligibility

• Work experience in quality control field
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong teamwork and work ethic
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
