Details of the Job/Internship

Vastu Vihar is looking candidate with expertise of RERA Laws to join them as Real Estate Legal Professional.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves regulating the compliance as per RERA Act. 2016 in context with Bihar, Jharkhand, U.P, W.B RERA-Rules and dealing with RERA-Registration and legal matters related to real estate and ensuring compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
• The Rera Law professional will be responsible providing legal support, conducting research, writing legal documents, and handling labor and employment law matters.

Eligibility

• RERA Law and Corporate Law expertise
• Strong knowledge of RERA, Contract, Civil Law, Property Law.
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Law degree and relevant legal experience

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
