Details of the Job/Internship
UBS is hiring a Research – Operations (Paralegal) Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join their Global Research and Evidence Lab team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation including vendor contracts, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and purchase orders.
- Assist with contract reviews, invoicing, cost tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Support sourcing and procurement processes across business units.
- Maintain legal and contract databases with accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams globally.
- Participate in ad hoc legal and compliance projects.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Proficiency in corporate law, legal research, and procurement documentation.
- Strong English communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in drafting/reviewing NDAs, MSAs, SOWs preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
