Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring a Research Analyst for an immediate 4–6 week assignment. The role involves verifying law enforcement by communicating with officers and agencies, conducting open-source research, and supporting compliance-related tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Follow scripts while communicating with law enforcement agencies.
- Monitor voicemail inboxes for confirmations, answer calls, and make outgoing calls with professional and pleasant communication.
- Prioritize client-assigned domains to meet deadlines.
- Conduct open-source research on Google to verify law enforcement officers or agencies.
- Hand off or receive research as required.
- Notify management of resource needs based on workload.
- Report project quality concerns to management or the lead associate.
- Provide regular updates on project status.
- Alert the client about any suspicious activity or communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
