Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring a Research Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Track developments across key industries and sectors relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
- Identify emerging trends, regulatory updates, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with practice groups and business development teams to understand research requirements.
- Provide customised insights for pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate databases related to market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client information.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across internal systems.
- Analyse competitor law firms’ strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Use legal and business research platforms such as LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, and Thomson Reuters.
- Prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in market research, preferably in professional services or law firms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in research tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
