Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Clause is hiring a Litigation Drafting & Research Intern to work mostly from home with occasional Delhi court exposure. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted legal research on case laws, statutes, and court precedents.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other court documents.
• Analyze cases, prepare briefs, and assist with filing and court procedures.
• Support the advocate in case tracking and procedural reviews.

Eligibility

• Delhi-based preferred for potential hybrid court visits.
• Genuine interest in litigation with basic court knowledge.
• Quick learner with strong drafting, research, and English skills.
• 2nd year+ (5-year LLB) or 2nd year+ (3-year LLB) student or recent graduate.
