SOUMYA DHWAJ ASSOCIATE & Co. (S. D. A. C) is hiring a Research Assistant to join their office in Greater Delhi Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal Research and compile information from legal resources,
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and briefs.
- Assist with the preparation of case files & documentation and
- To find out the daily legal news along with the preparation of pointers to learn more about Mergers & Acquisitions/ Corporate Law and its strategy along with Daily NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, DRI, SFIO, ED cases information,
- To take part in the client’s & Managing Partners' meets and take notes in meetings, hearings, and court proceedings (when sent to the court)
- Maintain and organize legal files and records.
Eligibility
- Currently Enrolled as Advocate,
- Pursuing LLB Course.
- Good academic record with coursework in relevant legal subjects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Drafting legal documents.
- Analytical thinking.
- Time management.
