Details of the Job/Internship

Vertices Partners is hiring a Research Associate (Corporate Law – Academic) to work remotely on academic projects, with periodic in-person meetings in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Indian and comparative corporate law.
• Write and analyze legal matters.
• Contribute to academic papers, lectures, and workshops.
• Join periodic in-person meetings in Bangalore.

Eligibility

• 2025 law graduate or 1+ year PQE.
• Strong research and writing skills, preferably with corporate/commercial law exposure.
• Clarity of thought, intellectual rigor, and proficiency in legal research tools.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
