Association of Insolvency Professional Entities (AIPE) is a non-profit company registered under section 8 of Companies Act, 2013.  AIPE Board is Guided by an esteemed Advisory Board comprising senior dignitaries from the government, banking sector, and judiciary. 

Details of the Job/Internship

AIPE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal and policy research in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
• Drafting research papers, reports, and policy briefs.
• Coordinating with insolvency professionals, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Assisting in organizing knowledge sessions, events, and other initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of AIPE’s strategic and advocacy efforts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Strong interest in insolvency law and policy research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
