Details of the Job/Internship
AKS Partners is hiring a Research Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their Arbitration & Disputes team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct exhaustive legal research on domestic and international arbitration laws and precedents.
- Assist in the preparation of research memoranda for ongoing disputes and litigation matters.
- Analyze complex legal issues and contribute to the development of dispute resolution strategies.
- Monitor latest judicial pronouncements and legislative amendments relevant to the firm's practice areas.
- Support the senior legal team in drafting pleadings, claims, and written submissions.
- Prepare case briefs and documentation for arbitration hearings and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-backed legal insights.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic background with a proven track record in legal research.
- Keen interest in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
- High-performing individual with excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficiency in using legal research databases and tools.
