Core Sync is hiring a Research Associate – Legal Recruitment & Advisory to join their team in Mumbai on a hybrid basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping across law firms, practice areas, and geographies.
• Research and prepare market intelligence data.
• Build and maintain detailed talent databases.
• Support leadership hiring mandates with insights and analysis.
• Assist in preparing reports, pitch decks, and client deliverables.

Eligibility

• Law graduates or candidates with relevant research experience.
• Strong interest in the legal market and law firm structures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Salary/Stipend
