Details of the Job/Internship

MetaMorph is looking for a data wiz who can transform data into actionable insights by recognising trends and anomalies in multivariate data sets. You’ll jump to the top of the line if you are passionate about analyzing industry trends and carrying out smart research work on the recruitment vertical.

Your end goal - conducting robust lead generation activities that target startup founder teams and/or individuals who may be looking for a full-time opportunity. These roles may vary across all industry verticals relevant to the consumer tech space or B2B product space.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct top-notch fact-based research and analysis. (Smart work over hard work!)
• Staying on a look out to evaluate & establish new research sources.
• Being a wingman/wingwoman for scouting relevant companies/candidates that can be acquired or fit in certain job responsibilities.
• Understanding new industry trends and correlating them with the VC/PE trends of the startup ecosystem.
• Scouting for relevant candidates for roles across the portfolio.

If you’re a dexterous, highly driven personality, you’re going to fit right in! Some humour is always a big plus! Goes without saying, you should be BIG on the Indian Startup Ecosystem and knowledge of how a VC operates is definitely an added advantage!

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of previous quantitative and qualitative research experience.
• Comfortable working on various tools used for research.
• Understanding and love for the Indian startup ecosystem.
• Exposure in the recruitment industry.

Salary/Stipend

The salary will be discussed with the candidate itself.
