Details of the Job/Internship

Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) is hiring a Research Associate to join its Bengaluru office full-time. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct doctrinal, comparative, and empirical legal research.
• Draft research outputs such as reports, academic papers, and policy briefs.
• Assist in workshops, consultations, and advocacy events.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including civil society and government representatives.
• Support CLPR’s dissemination and public outreach activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (essential).
• Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Policy, or related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in legal research, litigation, or policy work.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in rights-based and social justice issues.

Salary/Stipend
