Details of the Job/Internship
The Dialogue is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate with 1+ years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting desk-based research and in-depth literature reviews.
- Supporting stakeholder consultations, roundtables, and expert discussions.
- Drafting research briefs, background notes, and internal policy memos.
- Synthesising research for reports, submissions, and public-facing outputs.
- Assisting with research tools, interviews, and documentation of insights.
- Mapping and coordinating with key stakeholders and experts.
Eligibility
- Familiarity with technology policy, platform regulation, digital markets, or related domains.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant research or policy experience.
- Law graduates preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, structured writing and communication.
- Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.
