Details of the Job/Internship

Track Second is hiring a Research Associate to join their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on dispute resolution trends and ADR processes.
• Draft reports and prepare case studies.
• Support mediation and arbitration teams with current legal and industry updates.
• Develop and propose methodologies to improve ADR practices.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
• Perform data analysis relevant to ADR and case management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting reports and creating case studies.
• Knowledge of ADR processes and relevant legal frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in ADR or a legal environment is a plus
