Track Second is hiring a Research Associate to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on dispute resolution trends and ADR processes.
- Draft reports and prepare case studies.
- Support mediation and arbitration teams with current legal and industry updates.
- Develop and propose methodologies to improve ADR practices.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Perform data analysis relevant to ADR and case management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting reports and creating case studies.
- Knowledge of ADR processes and relevant legal frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in ADR or a legal environment is a plus
