Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking a diligent and research-oriented Legal Intern to join their International Taxation department. The role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate with a foundational understanding of income tax law and a strong interest in international taxation and cross-border compliance.

- Location Preference: Pune (Optional)
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance)
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various aspects of international taxation laws and compliance.
- Assist in preparing internal notes, legal opinions, and research reports for senior associates and partners.
- Monitor and summarize updates from tax authorities and international regulatory bodies.
- Support the team in building a knowledge repository for cross-border taxation matters.
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year and above in 5-year course / 2nd year and above in 3-year course) or recent graduate.
- Basic knowledge of Indian Income Tax Law.
- Demonstrated interest in international tax, BEPS, DTAA, or transfer pricing is a plus.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work remotely with responsiveness and accountability.
