The firm also handles recovery cases, legal opinions, respondent briefs, commercial disputes, intellectual property protection, and claim cases under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Details of the Job/Internship

RP Legal Consultants is inviting law students to intern with them at their Pune office for March and April 2025. The internship offers exposure to Motor Vehicle Act claim cases, income tax and GST matters, Commercial Court Act issues, and trademark dispute and passing off matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions.
• Draft legal opinions.
• Conduct document scrutiny.
• Assist associates and partners.
• Carry out legal research on various aspects of law.
• Handle client queries.

Eligibility

Law students studying in 3rd and 4th year can apply.
