Details of the Job/Internship

SM Associates LLP Advocates Solicitors & Legal Audit is inviting law students to intern with him. This is an online/virtual/work-from-home internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• They are seeking a diligent and motivated Research Intern to join our team remotely.
• This role will focus on General Corporate, Civil Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance issues. 
• The intern will support our legal team by conducting detailed legal research, drafting documents, and assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and compliance reports.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on General Corporate, Civil Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance issues.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, memos, and reports.
• Analyze and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law. Support the preparation of legal opinions and compliance reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on various legal projects.
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong interest in Corporate Law, Civil Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend

₹5,000 per month
