Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Researcher with 1–4 years of experience to join their remote team. The role is suitable for individuals committed to building a long-term career in research. Candidates inclined toward teaching roles will not be considered.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on assigned topics.
- Collect and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.
- Draft reports, summaries, briefs, and presentations.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and research frameworks.
- Maintain proper documentation and reference records.
- Support senior researchers in project planning and execution.
- Review literature, articles, and existing studies for insights.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Humanities or Commerce (any stream).
- 1–4 years of experience; freshers with a strong interest in research may also apply.
- Candidates seeking teaching roles should not apply.
- Preference for candidates aiming for a long-term research career.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Google Sheets) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or academic project in research is an added advantage.
