Details of the Job/Internship
Ashoka Buildcon Limited is hiring for the position of Retainer Lawyer with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Nashik.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters, including property disputes, specific performance suits, summary suits, commercial litigation, contractual issues, and revenue matters.
- Draft and review legal pleadings such as plaints, written statements, agreements, and contracts.
- Offer strategic legal advice and opinions on civil law matters.
- Monitor legal developments, including changes in civil law and landmark judgments, to ensure updated legal strategy.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in civil litigation.
