Details of the Job/Internship

Lighthouse is hiring a Review Manager - AP with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Sahakar Nagar, Karnataka. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise the execution of comprehensive review plans that meet Lighthouse and project-specific requirements.
• Consult on review project planning and workflow strategy, focusing on the integration of AI and data project management.
• Communicate directly with counsel and clients regarding the substance, progress, and quality of document reviews.
• Establish quality control measures and manage attorney teams to ensure adherence to throughput goals and quality deliverables.
• Consult on technology efficiency drivers, including redaction applications and privilege logging.
• Provide training, feedback, and direction to Review Associates and Senior Associates to build team cohesion.
• Monitor litigation discovery objectives and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 5+ years of experience as a document review manager with a law firm or review provider.
• Proficiency as an end-user in platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, and Blackout.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse attorney teams within budget and timeline parameters.
• Experience managing reviews for complex financial services or pharmaceutical clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and experience with non-litigation projects (e.g., data breach) is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills suited for a client-facing, consultative role.
