Accenture in India is hiring a Risk & Compliance Associate CL-12 with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and assess organizational risks.
• Develop and implement risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, reports, and document repositories.
• Monitor and report on compliance risks and issues.
• Handle labour law compliance.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Pay attention to detail and work independently.
• Use Excel effectively for compliance tasks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with labour laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
